...who came out to support us at Cogan's on Wednesday, 20 January (a great venue). You all made it a great night for us, particularly for MaryKate's return to singing. You all know playing is always fun, but when we have a bunch of friends out front, it makes it extra special. Our heartfelt thanx to all of you who continue to come out for us - it means a lot.
It was great to have MaryKate back singing again. Hopefully we can get her out from time to time in the future. And a special thanx to Jim "Hat Man" Kopenhafer, premier bassist. There isn't a nicer, more reliable friend and player. Thanx for all you do.
As well, Tracy Hill, our new regular vocalist, and Kathy Parisi, great fiddle player and singer, are great musicians and friends - you couldn't ask for anyone more capable, nice and fun to play with. Practices with these three is always a laugh fest, as well as great fun for the musicianship.
Keep supporting live local music whenever you can. It'll be rewarding in so many ways.
